Your use of the Sites is subject to The Algorists LLC's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy , which also governs the Sites and informs users of our data collection practices.

You should use the same email id to make payment (in payment page) and to login to your account. You are not allowed to share your account with anyone else. Doing so may get your account suspended and no refund will be issued.

You are responsible to cancel your subscription before your subscription renewal date if you do not want to renew. You can cancel anytime before the subscription renewal date by visiting https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/eVa6pP5TSdY23aoaEE and entering the email id associated with your subscription. If you need help with cancelation, you need to email to admin@thealgorists.com at least 7 days before subscription renewal date. If you fail to cancel your subscription and your subscription gets auto-renewed, there will be no refund issued for your renewed subscription.

Visiting the Sites or sending emails to The Algorists constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Sites, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise noted, all references to “your account” mean / include your right to access and to use the sites and your usage of the sites. If you use the sites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity, and you may not share an account with another person. You acknowledge that The Algorists LLC is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. The Algorists LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content.

The Algorists LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen.

Affiliate Program: Self-referral is not allowed

You can sign up to become our affiliate by visiting https://thealgorists.getrewardful.com/signup. Anyone you refer will get referral discount while purchasing our products/services. However, self-referral is not allowed. If you sign up for our affiliate program and refer yourself to get the referral discount while making any purchase to buy any of our services or products, that is considered as self-referral.

If you sign up to be our affiliate and use your own referral link to purchase our product(s)/service(s) at discounted price, we will not allow you to use our services or products and we will not issue you any refund. By purchasing our services or products you agree to our term that you have not used self-referral.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by The Algorists LLC from United States of America. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the The Algorists LLC Content accessed through the Sites in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Indemnification

Termination/Access Restriction

The Algorists LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Sites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Applicable Law/Jurisdiction and Venue

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Washington, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Sites. Use of the Sites is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

Other Provisions

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Algorists LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Sites. The Algorists LLC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Algorists LLC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Sites or information provided to or gathered by The Algorists LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Algorists LLC with respect to the Sites and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The Algorists LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms

The Algorists LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Sites are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Algorists LLC encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.

Big Idea Coding Competition:

In our coding competitions, any decision made by "The Algorists" are final. We reserve the right to change the rules and anything else outlined for our coding competition.
